Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is placed before 10:00 AM Copenhagen time, we’ll ship it out the same day! During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may vary, and we appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total cost will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Denmark - 1–2 business days
- United Kingdom - 2–4 business days
- Belgium - 2–5 business days
- Netherlands - 2–5 business days
- United States - 4–6 business days
- Australia - 3–6 business days
For countries not listed above shipping times are as follows: 5–15 business days
For shipments outside the EU, delivery may occasionally be delayed by up to 2 additional business days if the package is held for customs inspection.
You will never be charged additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. Any applicable duties and taxes are paid by us when the shipment is sent, so there should be no additional customs fees for you to pay.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays.
Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed and shipped.
